Richard Strauss Ein Heldenleben, Op 40. A Hero's Life, composed in 1898 in the Bavarian Alps. Performed by The Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra Andrés Orozco-Estrada, conducting. This was Strauss eighth major tone poem and it contains musical notations from several of his earlier works.
